スキーシーズンの到来に伴い、現在多くのご宿泊予約をいただいております。
繁忙期につき、部屋タイプの誤り
（例：男性の方が女性専用ドミトリーをご予約された場合、複数名様でのご利用にもかかわらずドミトリーを1ベッドのみご予約された場合 など）があった際には、ご宿泊いただけない可能性が高くなっております。
その場合、返金はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
ご予約の際は、部屋タイプ・人数・ベッド数にお間違いがないか、必ずご確認くださいますようお願いいたします。

To Guests with Accommodation Reservations
Thank you very much for choosing our hostel.
With the ski season now underway, we are currently receiving a high volume of reservations.
Please note that during peak season, if there is a mistake in the room type booked
(for example, a male guest booking a female-only dormitory, or multiple guests booking only one dormitory bed), there is a high possibility that we will not be able to accommodate your stay.
In such cases, refunds cannot be provided.
When making your reservation, please be sure to carefully check the room type, number of guests, and number of beds before confirming your booking.
