海外予約サイトのご利用に関するお知らせ

いつも当ホステルをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

現在、一部の海外予約サイト（例：Agoda など）にて、当ホステルの客室情報が公式パートナー経由で第三者の代理店に渡り、不正に再販売される事例が確認されております。

このような経路でのご予約により、以下のようなトラブルが発生しています：

• ご予約情報が当ホステルに正しく届かず、客室が確保できない
• 部屋タイプや宿泊日などの予約内容に誤りがある
• ご予約の反映に時間がかかり、すぐに確認できない場合がある
• 正規料金より高額で請求されるケースがある
• 返金不可の条件で予約されていることがある

誠に恐れ入りますが、これらの第三者サイト経由でのご予約については、当ホステルでは確認・変更・キャンセル（プリペイドカードによるお支払いを含む）などの対応ができかねます。ご予約に関するお問い合わせは、該当の予約サイトまで直接ご連絡いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Thank you very much for choosing our hostel.

We would like to inform you that recently, some issues have been reported regarding reservations made through certain third-party international booking websites (such as Agoda). In some cases, room listings provided to official partners have been resold by unauthorized agents without our consent.

As a result, the following problems may occur:

• Your booking information may not be properly transmitted to our hostel, and we may be unable to secure your room
• Details such as room type or dates may be incorrect
• There may be a delay in receiving your reservation, which can prevent us from confirming it immediately
• The room rate may be higher than our official price
• Non-refundable options may be applied without clear explanation

Please note that for reservations made through these third-party websites, we are unfortunately unable to confirm, modify, or cancel your booking (including those made with prepaid credit cards) due to system limitations. If you experience any issues, we kindly ask you to contact the booking site directly.
