The producer, KI Ogiwara, is actually a company that has been cultivating mushrooms in Shinshu Nakano for over 50 years.

They were so impressed by the deliciousness of the grapes grown in Nakano that they decided to take the new step of growing grapes themselves.

Only the top 1% of bunches are carefully selected from tens of thousands of bunches and shipped.
